Introducing the
Harsch Gartopf Fermenting Pot Peppermint Health are proud to introduce the Harsch Gartopf Fermenting Pot to the UK.

This unique fermenting system is the ultimate for the production of healthy, unpasteurised (raw) fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut and kimchee.

The crock pots are solid earthenware. Each one is individually hand made, and coated with a lead-free glaze. It comes with two semi-circular weighting stones which are placed on top of the fermenting vegetables to give the required pressure needed for fermentation.

Looked after properly these pots should last you a lifetime - beware of cheap imitations!
